Understand each stage of a skydive and prepare for what you’ll do in the air.

Skydive Costa d’Argento is a skydiving school recognised by ENAC, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority, and affiliated with ASC, a sports promotion organisation recognised by CONI, the Italian National Olympic Committee. The AFF course introduces you to freefall skydiving. From ground training to jumps with your instructors, you’ll gradually learn to control your body in freefall, manage your skydive and develop the skills to jump independently.

Understand each stage of a skydive and prepare for what you’ll do in the air.

Practise body positions and exercises on the ground with your instructors.

Review footage of your jumps to understand your progress and see what to work on next.
The AFF skydiving course includes one day of ground training and seven training jumps.
For your first three jumps, you’ll be accompanied by two instructors.
For levels four, five, six and seven, you’ll jump with one instructor.
Once you’ve successfully completed level seven, you can progress to jumping without an instructor alongside you, following the school’s guidance.

Successfully completing the required exercises at each level allows you to move on to the next. Every training jump is filmed so your instructors can review your body position, suggest corrections and help you understand how to improve. The footage also gives you a lasting memory of these unforgettable moments.

Our team will help you check the entry requirements and prepare the documents you need to enrol.
